Andrea is available for the following:

Readings

Andrea has presented more than 150 readings of her poetry and prose at public venues (libraries, senior centers, auditoriums, universities, cafés, restaurants, etc.) and for smaller groups in private homes or classrooms. A typical reading lasts about 30 to 45 minutes, leaving time afterwards for her to answer questions. She can bring (or send) copies of her books to sell at the reading, or you can arrange this with a local bookstore.

Lectures

Andrea often combines a reading with a talk about any aspect of writing and publishing that your group would like to explore.

Workshops

You may also hire Andrea to conduct a writing workshop, either in combination with a reading or a reading-lecture. She has taught workshops in the writing of poetry and lyric essays to participants at all levels of experience.

Tutorials

Since 1995 Andrea has conducted private tutorials via a combination of mail and telephone. She has worked successfully with both beginning and experienced writers. Please contact her by e-mail for more information, including her fees for such work.

Manuscript Critiques

Andrea has a good deal of experience critiquing individual poems and essays, as well as full-length book manuscripts. Contact her by e-mail about her fees for these services.
